Our first Akita and our first champion.  Sake was the foundation dog dreams are made of.  She finished her championship in three short months with multiple Best of Breed and Best Opposite Sex wins.  She went on to complete her Canadian Championship in two short weekends with a Best Opposite Sex win at the Canadian Specialty.

And above all else, she was the epitome of a "goodwill ambassador" for the breed.  Sake never met anyone she didn't love!

Her first litter, sired by Multi BISS Ch The Widow-Maker O'BJ, ROMXP produced Multi BISS Ch Mori's Mr. Montana, ROM "Joe", Yakedo's The Mailman, "Malone" and Ch Yakedo's Pastime Espresso T'Go, "Sumo".  Her second litter out of our Drexler, produced the incredible Ch Yakedo's The Winning Hand, "Ace".  Thankfully we have Sake here with us everyday in her kids and grandkids.
